WHAT TO DO BEFORE FLOOD STRIKES?


1. Build an Emergency Kit
• Build a comprehensive flood survival kit based on the guidelines from the MDRRMC. (bumuo ng komprehensibong flood survival kit batay sa mga alituntunin mula sa MDRRMC)

2. Look for Warnings
• Monitor a central weather station or local news for flood warnings or updates. (Subaybayan ang isang central weather station o lokal na balita para sa mga babala o update sa baha.)

3 Make a Family Communication Plan
Communication is essential to flood survival for you and your family members. (Ang komunikasyon ay mahalaga para sa kaligtasan ng baha para sa iyo at sa iyong mga miyembro ng pamilya.

4. Secure Important Documents • Secure your important documents in sealed or waterproof bags. (I-secure ang iyong mahahalagang dokumento sa mga selyadong o waterproof na bag)

5. Turn Off the Power
• Turn off the main breaker of your electrical system. (I-off ang pangunahing breaker ng iyong electrical system.)

2. Keep off of Flooded Roads

Some roads might not be safe to drive in yet even if flood water has receded. (Ang komunikasyon ay mahalaga para sa kaligtasan ng baha para sa iyo at sa iyong mga miyembro ng pamilya

3. Disinfect Everything
